Great Place!
Great 2 bedroom condo in Breck, well equipped, perfect location, walking distance to lift and town, free shuttle stop directly in front of the unit, wi-fi provided and check in/out process with Peak Property extremely easy, highly recommend!
Great place to stay!
Overall we had a very good experience staying at the Base 9 Condos. We stayed in 204 B, which to our suprise was a very well equiped condo, although it appears each condo is different. The condo had lot so living space, plenty of beds, a fireplace, and very nice kitchen. The only downsides are that the rental office is a drive from the acutal condo buildings and the ski hill is a 5 minutes walk down a few icy pathes. I would definalty stay here again!
High Mountain air
The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Shuttle stop was conveniently located and easy to use. Unfortunately for me, I was affected by the altitute and had to stop skiing after 2 days.

superb, great for ski
Very spacious, nicely decorated, homely feel. Close to Peak 9 Base, it took 10 min to walk with my daughter (4 yrs old), wearing ski boots! However if you don't feel like walking, or end up carrying kids' skis too after first minute of walk, shuttle stops right in front - both ways.
Booked already for the next ski trip.
