There is a full kitchen, Gas fireplace, TV/VCR and a deck with a wooded view. It has a Queen-sized bed in the first bedroom, a Queen-sized bed and a Full-sized futon in the second bedroom. You have access to the Columbine pool and hot tubs and a carport. *NO SMOKING*

A trouble-free, well-equipped, and comfortable rental
We had a party of seven and stayed in Breckenridge for a ski vacation during the peak holiday season. The Peak Property Management staff was friendly and helpful, assisting us by phone when we arrived after hours and later than planned on Christmas Eve.
The property was comfortable, matched the descriptions on the website, clean, tastefully adorned with bear-themed decorations, and fully equipped. The kitchen had sufficient pots, pans, utensils, plates, and serving bowls for our entire party to enjoy home-cooked meals every night. The living room was cozily heated by the gas fireplace, and was stocked with abundant board games, kids toys, and DVDs.
There is a Free Ride shuttle stop across the street from the property, but we frequently found it faster just to walk to and from the Village because of the somewhat convoluted route taken by the brown line shuttles. We also walked to the Columbine hot tub on multiple nights; the facility contains multiple hot tubs and showers, but closes relatively early.
The only downside to the property was the poor wireless internet connection. The connection frequently did not work at all (we would see a wireless signal, but could not access anything on the internet), and when it did work, it was extremely slow.
Overall, we had an excellent experience with this rental unit, and would gladly stay there again.
Comfortable but dark
Miner's Candle 3 was attractive with comfortable beds and a pleasant living space. Lighting in the unit (especially the smaller bedroom) was quite dark and there is very little closet space. Other than that, the unit is very nice with the bathroom being especially attractive.
