You also have access to a large Outdoor Hot Tub and common Laundry Room.

Very nice condo, great location.
Check in was simple and the condo very comfortable, quiet and nice.
Comfortable, and with great skiing over spring break.
We always like staying at Mark IX, The management is friendly and responsive. The condo is not fancy, but has a real wood fireplace and all the kitchen equipment you need. You can take the longish walk into town or take the free bus. And we were lucky to have some great skiing over spring break. The fireplace was definitely the best -- lots of wood, nice and inviting.
great quiet peaceful relaxing vacation
Everything was perfect, the views, the condo, the hot tub. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever.

Needed an inexpensive place for a work weekend
Have stayed in Mark IX before, so knew what to expect. Places are basic bare bones accomodations. Would be nice to have 2 bathroom when more tham 2 people, but it works. Refrigerator ran non-stop and baseboard in dining room would not shut off so the place was an oven the entire time.
