Wonderful views, great location on the free bus line (7min ride to beaver run stop), and very clean. Quiet neighborhood and loved the wood burning fireplace. Accidentally left a nice pillow behind and Peak Property Management sent it on for free. Highly recommend!

Ample space. Plenty of parking. Gray south line bus stop is literally outside the door. Keep in mind current covid capacity restriction when using bus and plan accordingly. One request, please replace pillows.

Micheal’s place is very clean and he responded quickly to messages. He and his team were helpful and we enjoyed our stay immensely. It is super close to the gray shuttle, so it made skiing easy and convenient. I would stay again!

"Mark IX #8"

Last minute we decided to move our annual ski trip from Mammoth Mountain, Ca to Breckenridge CO due to the recent drought and lack of snow. I had never been to Breckenridge and was in a mad dash to make our vacation plans. I found this condo on tripadvisor. I called Mike and Peak Management and he got us all set up. He even was able to give us one night free and get a discount on 3-day lift tickets for us. It was very easy to find Peak Management upon our arrival. The location of the condo was a little tricky, but once we found it we always knew where to go. It was close to the Village and my mom and son were able to catch the bus to meet us every day for lunch at Copper Top Caf. I had to call Peak Management twice; once for extra towels for the Jacuzzi and once for more toilet paper. Both times they responded within minutes. Hopefully we will get the snow and rain we need in the future in Ca, but if not we would definitely stay at the Mark IX again.

The stay was adequate, the good points were that a small fireplace was available with plenty of wood, the condo was well stocked with everything needed, and it was located centrally, if you had a car. Sign-in and sign out was very efficient, with an extremely pleasant and helpful attendant at the Peak Office. The condo itself was very meager, small with unbelievably uncomfortable furniture, especially the double bed in the master bedroom. The excess ice around the hot tub made use almost impossible.

Spoke with Mike at Peak property management and he gave me tons of options in all price ranges. I told him exactly what i was looking for(wood burning fire place and an outside hot tub) and he had us stay at Mark1X #8. The property was clean and ready for us when we arrived. I would recommend using Peak Property and Mike is great and really helpful. My wife and I will be back soon.

I originally booked the Mark IX condo purely based on location. I say this, because I didn't expect much after reviewing the pictures posted on the site... But the pictures do not do any justice for the condo. It, not only was in a great location, but had a nice cabin feel to it, with all the extra's that I was looking for. Full kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom and storage. I'd highly suggest this condo for anyone looking to stay in the Breckenridge area.

Peak Property Management in Breckenridge was great to work with. The Unit at Mark IX was clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Complete with plenty of towels, blankets, kitchen ware and even split firewood for the fireplace. We also enjoyed the hottub. The unit is not big but there was plenty of room for 4 - 6 people. This is not a resort, the location is in a quiet forest neighborhood setting about a mile from the center of town. The nearby shuttle that takes you to town and the ski mountain takes only 6 minutes. I would go back!

"Great location!"

This unit is located in a residential area and very close to a shuttle stop for Breckenridge Ski Mountain. Neither the interior or the exterior look like they have ever gotten any updates. The tile in the bathroom and kitchen was extremely slippery! We had to navigate down a flight of stairs make a 90 degree turn to go up a flight of stairs, make another 90 degree turn and another flight of stairs to get to the entrance to our unit. These stairs are all outside and can be snow covered. We had a great time skiing and enjoyed walking through town.
