Unforgetable vacation
My family adored to stay at Mountainwood(5). The house is confortable .Unique problem was with the disposal. Another thing is the pool location,it�s litle far from the condominium. Do you have condominium with pool inside? Best thing was house clean,with garage inside,near the city and ski lift and I�ll recomend to my friends.

Years ago I owned a condo in this area. It is close in to everything and easy to find. Underground parking was a treat! Mostly, we were there during a big blizzard and it was peaceful and the snow falling so pretty and in a storm that last thing one wants to do is have to drive anywhere! On top of that, this condo is maintained so well. At the end of season, I would expect stains from guests and that it would be time for a serious cleaning. It was spotless and management was more than kind and helpful. This condo itself...wonderful! A great time in a wonderful town!
Great Location
This was a great, spacious 2 bedroom place that is walking distance to the base of Peak 9. We loved the location, and the pool and hottub facilities! (Make sure to ask for extra towels - they don't come supplied in the room)
The only negatives we found - one of the main lights in the living room was broken, so it was quite dark in there. The management company came with extra bulbs, but it was the light, so we didn't hear from them again. (We ended up moving a light from one of the bedrooms into the living room, as it was so dark!) Also - the pots and pans are teflon and soo scratched, they were scary!
I'd recommend it!

Our condo's location was great. However, the property felt so dated, so old. It is furnished from the 70's. Carpeting is old, needs to be replaced. There is old, moldy carpeting in the bathrooms and toilet/shower areas. My allergies acted up due to the moldy carpet. The bathroom walls were peeling paint in the hall bath. The Master shower/water closet felt like a cave, dark and so crowded. Kitchen could use more utensils for cooking. Tried to bake brownies for the holiday weekend and didn't have a large enough pan. Patio furniture would have been nice. Condo had a rank odor to it. Definitely needs some TLC. Needs a new master bedroom mattress. Our backs were killing us after two nights there.
