Great location, nice spot close to downtown. Garage, plenty of parking. Great decks for outside chilling.
Great Location
This is a perfect place to stay for 6 people, plenty of room separate bedrooms/baths it was awesome, walking distance to lifts and town. We will definetely stay here again.

Pleasantly surprised!
We rented this condo on a last minute deals web site 5 days before we arrived. To be honest, I wasn't expecting much. The pictures made it look outdated, dreary, and small.
We were so surprised when we arrived at how large it was! And how many beautiful windows and decks there were!
I have stayed in several higher end condos in Breckenridge that are tiny - tiny living space and tiny bedrooms.
This place was huge comparatively. Full kitchen, full dining room and a great living room. We had three infants or toddlers with us and had plenty of room for them to run and roll around. All of the bedrooms were nice size as well.
It was a perfect layout as well with the bedrooms on the third and first floors and the living space on the second. That allowed the adults to stay up and play games without worrying about waking the kids.
I highly recommend this unit for families with kids, three couples, or anyone that can climb stairs. (definitely not handicap accessable)

This location was great. Well equipped and walking distance to the base of the Quicksilver chair. Pool across the street, garage, wireless, good stuff. I would stay at the same location again.
