A perfect choice
This lovely, well located condo was just what we needed for a small family gathering. Close to town but separate from the crowds. Views and sounds of the river just off the deck provided a serene sense of being in the mtns.
It felt like staying in the home of a friend.
Equally, the management company was superior and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and problem free. Wouldn't contact anyone else for a repeat stay. Quite a contrast to the service by another company managing the adjacent unit which was occupied by the rest of our party.

We really like this condo. We have stayed in this unit 2 years now and if there is a nicer condo at Breck I would like to see it. The unit is beautiful. It is very upscale in appointments. And, it is very comfortable. The location is excellent with both walking or public transport options to the slopes being very convienent. The only drawback to the location would be that if walking one has to ride the Quicksilver first thing in the AM, which can be a nightmare. Better to hop the bus to Beaver Run. But, at the end of the day, walking back from the Qucksilver base area is super easy. The service at Peak Property Management is super excellent.

Fully upgraded, beautiful home in a great location just around the corner from the shuttle. The best place we've stayed in Breckenridge, and we've been coming for years.
This was the second or third time we've gone through Peak Mngmt, and the service has always been outstanding.
4BR/4.5BA Condo beautifully decorated, amazing quality towels &
The condo was simply perfect. Great location, newly renovated and beautifully decorated. Top of the line appliances. The sheets & towels provided were extremely high quality. Perfect for a large group due to 4 separate bathrooms & a half bath off the family room. We were comfortable w/ 7 adults. Did not use the "game room". Pool table is really too big for the space. Would recommend they convert the game room into a 5th bedroom for kids by moving the bunk beds on the first floor. Could then turn the first floor bedroom into an adult room since it has an attached bath.
Pine Creek Condo Xmas & New Year
The condo is quite lovely & convenient to ski lift (1/2 block) & main street (1 block). Mike at Peak Property was very helpful, delivered everything he promised, and made the rental experience easy. The views from floor to ceiling windows were wonderful and the hot tub a life saver for everyone. In fact, we probably won't ski again without a convenient hot tub. Four levels provided just the right amount of family time and private time for all. The pool table room is a bit sequestered, so we didn't use it much. But enjoyed the large, comfortable living & dining area very much.

The service was great - the reservation process and getting keys went smoothly. The condo was lovely and each of the bedrooms had its own full bath. The kitchen and eating area were open so there was plenty of space for families to gather. Breckeridge offers so many recreation options that people took off different directions, and that worked well for us. We enjoyed walking near the river into the downtown area for shopping, pizza, the children's museum, the art festival and a concert. It was a great stay!
Great Vacation Rental
This is a great place to stay. It is very close to the Quicksilver lift at the bae of Peak 9. Very well furnished and the overall accomodations were great.
Great Location
The location of the condo made it very convenient to get to Main Street as well as walk to the ski lifts. We were very pleased with the spacious condo and would definitely return again in the future.
