Cozy ,quaint and perfect for the family
We are a family of five and wanted a nice yet reasonable mountain get away rental. This facility met our needs and we especially enjoyed the steam shower, and fully equipped kitchen. It was a smooth transaction with the rental company and we would use Peak Property Mgmt. again.
Pretty good
We had three of us staying for three nights. The property had all the facilities we needed and was comfortable, clean, well-presented and certainly plenty of of room for the three of us. Convenient short walk to the snowflake lift in the morning and walkable to base of Peak 9, too. I should say, however that we are snowboarders so walking is not too much problem. Might be a little too far for skiers to walk. At night, Main St, with all its bars and restaurants, is less than 5 minutes walk away. This is not a glitzy new property but is definitely good value for the price.
Decent for the Price
We were in Denver with family for Thanksgiving and wanted to go skiing for the weekend. I found this unit online and was satisfied with the overall experience. The unit itself was a little worn out, but for the price it was well worth it. The hot tub is great at night but be sure to get really warm before you head back to your unit as it is more than a few steps away. I would recommend staying at park place, just don't expect the unit to be sparkling new.
