The unit has a Queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a Trundle bed in the living room. The building has laundry facilities by the elevator and 2 large Indoor Hot Tubs and Sauna off the lobby. The Upper Village Pool is across the street (Closed Until 12/1/09 for Renovations).

Great Ski In Ski Out Condo
The condo was perfect for three adults on a four day ski vacation. It is close to the base of Peak 9 and a short distance to the lift. The condo was great and a lot of fun for the weekend.
Very nice, comfortable condo
We stayed in this condo in September and were very happy with the cleanliness and warmness. The condo made us feel like we were at home and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked which made it possible to make homecooked meals. The location was fantastic with just a short walk to the main street with all of the shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay in this condo when we return to Breckenridge and will recommend it to our friends and family.
Great trip
The people at Peak Propeties made the accamodations easy and pleasant. The Trails End building is in a great spot for access to the peak 9 and the downtown area. The unit we stayed in was well maintained and very clean. Having access to a clean whirlpool facility in the building was another enjoyable feature.
Comortable stay
The Apartment is nice and neat and have plenty of room for us - 2 people only. Enjoyed the stay very much especially one of us is not skiing. The Apartment is nicely heated with the fireplace in the living room. Location is good and close to our skiing area.
Ski Rental
The location of this propertery could not be better. The ski lift is literally right out the back door and out the front door, just around the corner is Mainstreet. The unit I stayed in was a little worn, however everything was in working order. I will be staying in the same propertery again this year.
