This condo also has a balcony with a Charcoal Grill and mountain views. The building has laundry facilities by the elevator and 2 large Indoor Hot Tubs and Sauna off the lobby. The Upper Village Pool is across the street (Closed Until 12/1/09 for Renovations).

beautiful convenient location
This rental unit was top notch. Very beautiful interior. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept on. Very clean and nice. Great location to shopping and restaurants. We visited in the summertime and it was great to just walk out the door and be in the middle of everything. Breckenridge boasted great restaurants and shopping. The unit also has a real nice indoor and outdoor jacuzzi. Very clean and very nice. We cooked out on the grill at the unit, the views were great. For skiing this would also be a great rental. Would definitely - highly recommend this unit to everyone. Check in and check out was quick and easy. The personnel were very helpful and friendly. We cannot say anthing negative about this place. Top notch all the way.
Great Location, Comfortable, Little-bit Dated
The Condo is in a great location, right at the bottom of the Quicksilver Lift. You walk right out to it to leave and you might have to pole back a little when you return. Regardless, it is ski-in, ski-out. It is a large and comfortable condo. The bedding is a little dated and I think they could use a better tv.
Close to everything!
This property had a great location and was very nice. We could hear the brook outside our unit, and the hot tub and swimming pool were extras. It has plenty of room and a nice balcony. We even got a discount card to buy groceries...everything was great! We had a hard time finding Peak Property for the initial key as the description of where it was didn't reflect proper name. Otherwise great experience in Breckenridge.
