"place was amazing!"

Michael’s place was amazing! The location was perfect only about 8 minutes to Maine street but far enough away that we didn’t have any traffic to deal with because we were nestled up on the mountain. The place was really clean and had such a cozy feel to it the only thing I would say is if you want to do laundry or use the dishwasher and you buy soap just leave your leftovers for the next person that may not remember to grab it while at the store. Our flight was late and we didn’t get to the property until about 830 but the check in process was a breeze we just picked up our keys from the key box and we’re on our way, it was one of the easiest check ins I’ve done. We had a blast at the property the hot tub was such a great addition after a day on the mountain it was perfect! Michael was super quick to respond which helped us out a lot on planning our trip! Overall we really loved this place and can’t wait to come back!

Overall, great first trip to Breckenridge with my group of 6 adults. The property was clean and management was very responsive to needs. In a nutshell, the views from this property are unparalleled and are worth the short drive to downtown.

Gold Point exceeded our expectations. The two story space is in a great location (10 minutes to the gondola) with an unbeatable view. The living areas are open and the bedrooms are comfortable. Michael was easy to communicate and coordinate with. This airbnb made our trip memorable and we would love to come back.

Great place to stay! We had a lot of fun and really enjoyed the place! The place was clean and had everything you could ever need! The only thing i would mention is it's about an 8 minute drive into town, the floors are squeaky so you can hear the neighbors walking, and be wary of the altitude and wildlife!

We received a clan and tidy appartment, the accomodation was warm and familar with a great panoramic view over Breckenridge and the ski resort.We liked the associated jacuzzi of the condominium, but the beds especially the offert 3. bedroom, was far to small for an adult!! It was the kids room, but not mentioned in the offer.Regards Uli Woerner

Two things make Gold Point great. The first is the view, which is fabulous. The entire Breckenridge ski area spreads out before you. Spectacular sunsets, inspiring sunrises. At night the snow-cat groomers look like fireflies on the mountain.The second is the convenience of the Summit Stage bus stop being right at the entrance to the property. Very convenient and reliable. Saves the expense of having to rent a car.

"Awesome, peaceful, beautiful restful, convenient location . The BEST"

Very comfortable and clean. Within walking distance of excellent restaurants (Empire Burger, Kenosha, Columbine-for breakfast and lunch) yet very private location with a view of a national forest across the beautiful Blue River. Leaving the window open, as the weather was the perfect temperature, filled the bedroom with the sounds of the river running over the rocks. My husband enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub on the deck which overlooked the river. We would love to stay here again with our 2 daughters and their families sometime in the future. We also appreciated that there was a no pet and no smoking policy which would have prevented us from renting due to our allergies.
