It was a wonderful place to stay the weekend.
The house and property were absolutely beautiful, with a wonderful view of the mountains and sky. The rooms were decently sized and well cared for, and immaculately clean. When I saw the kitchen, I was extremely pleased. It was outfitted with all the standard appliances, and large enough for us to feed the ten people we had sleeping there as well as two or three of our group who were staying at another property for the convention.
The only problem I had was with the initial check-in, which was rectified the following day. When I went to get the keys during the hours I was informed the office would be open and set up the Damage Deposit, the office was closed. The keys were in the afforementioned location, along with a map to the property and an emergency number should anything happen. I called the office and the call was transfered to an after-hours answering service that they would have the office staff contact me to complete check-in the following day (Which they did, quite promptly the following morning).
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property, would gladly stay again in the future, and will in all likelihood seek the same rental should my group convention take place in Breckenridge in the future.
Awesome Vacation Rental with Everything You Want
We really enjoyed this vacation home - everybody thought it surpassed their expectations. The home easily accomodated 3 couples due to the fact that it had 3 bathrooms, plenty of TV's, and wide open spaces. The kitchen made it easy to cook with modern appliances and all the required cookware one could need. Finally, the hot tub eased sore muscles after a tough day on the slopes. The location was ideal, close to the Nordic Center where we snowshoed and an a very easy drive to the ski hills.
We highly recommended staying in this unit, it was awesome!!
Great family vacation home!
Eight of family members shared Highland Greens chestnut over the Christmas holiday and we had a great time. The house was very comfortable...we had everything we needed. The hot tub was a great way to end a day on the slopes. The shuttle is so convenient if you plan to ski...it's right on time every morning, and it's just a short 5 minute ride to the lifts.
I would definitely come back and stay at Highland Greens again!
