"NO COMPLAINTS"

5 of 5

We are a family of 6 and stayed here a year ago I believe. I forgot to write review at the time so wanted to catch up on it. This place is big enough for the family without question. 2 master bedrooms as well. Linens were clean and the house was very clean. Our kitchen was well equipped. We didn't really need any service while there so I can't comment on that. We have found that not staying on the mountain at Breckinridge is fine. We usually don't just ski Breck but go to vail, and beaver creek as well. We need our car for transport to these locations so why pay extra to stay ski in ski out. I can't imagine just skiin Breck the whole time anyway. It gets boring and with such great mountains close by check them out. Not a big fan of keystone tho! The units are probably all similar. They are about 1 mile away and parking in lot is quick easy and grab shuttle or walk from lot. Not a big deal... But I have teenagers. So if you have little ones maybe you want to stay on the mountain and not tRavel to other locations. The views aren't great at all. Probably no view is more like it. We did have a private hot tub. They are on back porch so you can see neighbors. I guess it just depends what is important to you. My only issue with our unit was it was very warm inside. We had a hard time with the heat and turning it down. Honestly that is the only negative thing I have to say... PRETTY DARN GOOD if you ask me. We are definitely resort snobs and I can assure you this place is worth the money.

"A great choice with one exception"

4 of 5

As usual Mike with Peak Property Management is wonderful. Very attentive and reliable. This was a very comfortable townhouse for a family of five and we loved it. The only real problem is the cookware: it is not usable and needs to be replaced. Our family tries to economize by cooking dinners in but unfortunately we had to return or throw out all we had bought to cook for the week for dinner. No matter how thoroughly/gently you wash the pots and pans, the non-stick surface continues to fleck off onto a wet paper towel with a slight rub, lots of tiny black specs, we felt it would be unhealthy to consume these particles so we passed on cooking and had to get takeout every night we were there. My husband felt the king bed upstairs was way too soft/ you sink in it but I found the queen in the upstairs guest to be very comfortable. Also downstairs guest room was impossible to heat, stayed cold although my teen said he didn't care. Otherwise we loved this pretty TH and would recommend it to others.

"Perfect!!!"

5 of 5

I am so happy to write this review. We are a family of 6 visiting from Florida. I have to first say how great Peak Management was to work with. Mike went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. We had so many problems that came up(lost luggage, changed dates, lost lift tickets and no rental car). He helped with everything. The place is clean, new, full amenities and great location!!! shuttle was right there, hot tub in back yard, working fire place. We drove to other resorts so didn't want to waste the money staying slope side. Highland Greens is about 2 miles away from slopes and all restaurants, shopping super convenient. We have skied all over the country but we would actually stay here again due to accommodations and the ease of working with Peak Management.

"Great townhome!!"

5 of 5

The townhome was tastefully decorated, spacious and clean. The location was central to skiing at Break and other Summit County resorts. The 2 car garage came in handy for the night it snowed. Mike at Peak Property Mgmt. was friendly, helpful and pleasant to work with. This townhome is definitely one to rent!

"Really nice a place!!!"

3 of 5

Overall, our stay was wonderful. There were some minor maintenance issues like the toilet seat in the upstairs master were loose, both master beds were a bit soft because we would sink toward the middle and lastly, the downstairs master couldn't keep warm. Otherwise, the condo was great. The ski area is so family friendly...love it!

"Family Ski Weekend"

Great townhouse, plenty of room and nice accomodations. Ski bus is a few feet from your front door. Enjoyed our visit and plan to do it again.

"Great accomadation for a reasonable price."

5 of 5

We loved the townhouse. It was cozy, roomy, clean and there was just enough of the necessities (paper towels, toilet paper, soap, tissue, etc) for our group of 6. The queen beds and the king bed were very, very comfortable. Two adults slept in the two twin beds and they were not as comfortable as the queen and king beds, but still functional. We enjoyed the hot tub and the views. The two remodeled bath rooms were great! We were able to make several meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has just about everything you need for cooking. The garage kept our vehicle out of the weather and all of the places we went were really close to the townhouse. We would definitely stay at the Highland Greens Linden again. I think the thing we like the least was the hot tub wasn't as private as we hoped.

"The perfect place to enjoy family time!"

4 of 5

We came to Breckenridge for a family getaway before the chaos of the holiday season started. It was just what we needed! The townhouse offered ample room for all of us. There were three couples and two children. We enjoyed cooking our own meals in the fantastically stocked kitchen and soothing our sore muscles in the hot tub after a hard day on the slopes. The only disappointment was that the shuttle service to the slopes, which was the reason we booked this particular property, only ran on one day of our stay. We managed to arrange other transport and Peak Property was super understanding and helpful in the matter! It was a wonderful vacation.
