Value oriented rental, very close to free shuttle. Pretty much everything you need for a nice ski vacation.

Great spot, especially for the price -- for a two-bedroom condo. Walking to the main part of a town was a bit of a stretch, unless you planned to stay there for quite a while. Other than that, the stay was great. Nothing fancy about this place, but it was exactly what we needed!

Considering how expensive the area is, this is a good price. However, you get what you pay for. The unit and furniture is a bit dated so don’t expect anything glamorous. That said, the wood burning fireplace was cozy.

Mark IX is a comfortable affordable place to stay in Breckenridge, Co. It is very similar to the apartments that surround it. In fact it appears to be of the same layout inside and out. Our stay found the Mark IX to be clean and well taken care of by Peak Property Management. It is not the plush resorts on the mountain, but it won't cost you as much either. Good place to stay for families with kids for a week.

"A Skiers hideaway"

Great location, check-in and check-out was a snap. Unit has all the amenities you need for 3 to 4 people. Reliable Wi-fi is a real plus. Woodburning fireplace with all the wood you need is provided. Free shuttle to town and ski lifts is at end of driveway. How convenient is that!

"Breckinridge Mark IX Condos"

This is a very small place for 4 people & one bathroom. Tub facet dripped constantly. Balcony had a stairwell going through it for all 3 floors. Check in was easy. But, you're in Breckenridge so you won't spend too much time there. Very close to town

"Average condo, beds not comfortable"

This condo had everything we needed; the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and the hot water in the shower was HOT. We had the condo closest to the hot tub (it was only comfortably warm, we wish it had gotten hotter), it was nice to sit in after being out in the cold all day. The location was great, only a minute walk from the free shuttle and we didn't have any noise or disturbances from other people in the building. My only real complaint is the beds; they were not comfortable at all, especially the couch bed. We even put the couch bed mattress on the floor so the pull-out-bed bars weren't pressing into us and it was still uncomfortable. I'd say this condo is only good for 4 people, definitely not 6 like the description says. As far as convenience, functionality and price this place was fine, an average condo in a vacation town. For a comfortable stay for 6 people, not so much. Only good for 4 people and don't expect a lot from the beds at the end of a long day.

Spent 3 days at the Mark IX for a wedding. Unit was clean and well stocked for the most part, but very dated, time warp to the 70'S. More coffee would have been nice. One bathroom made things a little tight.

"Breckenridge condo"

Our stay at this "condo" was a disappointment. The beds were horribly uncomfortable - my back hurt the entire time we were there. My husband and I left a day early so we could get a good night's sleep. Linens were king size although the bed was a double or queen. Carpet was stained throughout. Seating was inadequate both in the den/dining room. Furniture appeared to be yard sale quality. I should have been alerted to the substandard quality of this property in that no pictures of the interior were available. On the plus side - the tv and appliances worked, check-in was pleasant, and the location was fine.
