This unit has a King-sized bed in the first master bedroom, Queen-sized bed in the second bedroom, Queen-sized bed in the third bedroom and a Queen-sized sofa sleepers in the living room and den. The home also has a single car Garage. *NO SMOKING*

Excellent rental property conveniently located in between the mountain and downtown Breck. Very spacious - pictures do not do the property justice. Everyone on our trip - a group of medical students on spring break - had a great time.

"Great Rental. Perfect location."

This rental is beautiful. Clean and quiet and still close to town. The bedrooms are large and there is plenty of space for family and friends. There are 3 Full baths, a large deck with Weber Grill and Hot Tub. There is a free bus to town but having a rental car is best for sight seeing. Highly recommend this property. Plus the management company staff are very friendly and are available by cell if there are any issues.

Mike at Peak Property management is just a great guy to deal with. They will be our first choice whenever renting in Breckenridge. The Park Forest property was beautiful. It's very convenient if you are driving and it's a short walk to the shuttle if you are not. Wonderful experience.

"Welcome Return to our Mountain Basecamp in Breck"

We stayed at Park Forest two years ago, and had a great time in our "house on the hill" ! Plenty of space and comfort and warmth, convenient for Peak 7 & 8 buses (2 stops), hot tub, well equipped kitchen, etc. As usual (this is our 5th stay with PPM) Mike made things very straightforward + was in the office to greet us on arrival from Denver. Even well into april, snow and skiing conditions were fantastic. We'll be back !!

We were a little bit disappointed when we arrived to the house. Around jacuzzi we saw and after cleaned up a lot of bottles of beers. Otherwise everything was ok!

Truly enjoyed our stay. Was a bit difficult tring to keep the temp steady...it was too hot or too cold, but overall enjoyed the layout, space and Truly was thankful for a Christmas tree!!! We plan to do this every year!

"Spring Break 2010"

Mike w/Peak Property was very helpful with the after hours check-in process. Easy directions up Ski Hill Road to home. House was as represented and very clean upon arrival. Plenty of towels in all bathrooms, kitchen well-stocked with just about every gadget you could think of. Location was convenient to town and on a quiet dead-end street. We never heard anyone in the evenings despite the college kids everywhere. We liked the heated garage - no need to bring boots in every night! We did not ski Breck on this trip due to the large number of spring breakers so we cannot speak to the home's ski access but it appeared difficult to get over and back to 4 o'clock Run on foot. Better to use the buses or drive to parking lots. Had some problems with the downstairs toilet - clogged several times but was able to clear with plunger. Heed the written advise on top of the toilet when flushing and even then, it may clog! Hot tub was 104F each day and was a relaxing unwind after skiing. Suggest owners consider trundles or pairs of bunks in one of the downstairs bedrooms. The sofa sleepers aren't located where there's privacy or quiet sleeping. Present bedding is really just (3) couples only w/o using sofas. We had teenage daughters who grumbled about sleeping together in same bed and other family had single daughter who choose to sleep on floor of bedroom w/parents for privacy. 10 people in this house is a stretch. Overall, an excellent stay - would return and use Peak Property Mgmt!

Great Value Condo in a good location. Clean and spacious. Ideal for our weekend golf trip. Excellent Grill and Hot Tub, Comfortable Master, Well Appointed kitchen.Recommended!
