Description

2 bedroom/2 bath, 1094 sq. ft. condominium located 2 blocks to Main Street and 1 block to Shuttle. This location lets you Ski-in on 4 O'clock Run and cross the street back to the building. You may also walk to the base of Peak 9. The unit has a full kitchen, Gas fireplace, 3 TV's, 3 VCR's, DVD, a stackable Washer/Dryer, high speed internet access, gas grill on the deck and steam shower. There is a Queen-sized bed in the master bedroom, a Queen-sized bed and a bunk bed (2 twins) in the second bedroom and a Queen-sized sofa sleeper in living room. You also have access to an outdoor hot tub at Park Place and the Upper Village pool and hot tubs a block away *NO SMOKING* **PLEASE NOTE** This unit DOES NOT have land-line telephone service.

"Great place to stay"

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very clean. Close to town and the slopes. Will definitely stay here on our next skiing vacation.

"Perfect Location to Downtown and area"

This was a perfect spot for us on our summer vacation in Breckenridge. The unit was immaculate and well decorated and complete w/ a mountain view. Breakfast on the porch was a nice way to start each day. On those evenings when we needed to wind down and stay in this was the perfect haven. Everything in Breckenridge is within walking distance from the condo, including the gondola ride. Would have rated it a 5, but . . .Keurig needs fixed or replaced. Had to flush it out 3 of the 6 days there. Management was kind and accomodating!!!

"Perfect Location to Downtown Breckenridge"

We needed a place within walking distance to town for me to occupy myself while my husband and son had the car during the day. This unit was a 5 minute walk, so it fit the bill. The unit had everything we needed for our stay. It was Very large, and having a washer and dryer was a plus. The rental process was smooth, and it was nice being able to check into the unit directly, without going to a rental office first. The beds in both rooms were very comfortable. My only suggestion would be to have a couple of fans available to use at night. We were uncomfortable at night with no moving air, in spite of having the window and patio door open. The second bedroom didn't have a screen on one window, so it was unable to be opened at all. I didn't contact the rental office about this, and perhaps they could have helped. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay.

"Park Place"

This is a great unit. Very convenient on the town shuttle system. A minute walk to the bus stop that took us to Beaver Run chair. Unit itself is nicely furnished and has updated kitchen. Even had a Keurig. Very nice big flatscreen tv in LR and in both bedrooms. Great gas fireplace really warms up the place. Kids loved the two outdoor hot tubs too. I would highly recommend this unit and Peak Property Management in the future.

"Relaxing"

Our family of five loved this condo. Perfect size accommodations. Very comfortable decor. Nice furnishings. Location was so convenient to Main Street. We walked everywhere for 2 days which was great after being on the road for so long! Kids enjoyed using the community pool also. We will be back!

This condo was a great location to main street Breckenridge. It was a very quiet complex which was appreciated. It was a lovely unit only we had so much to do outside so didn't get to enjoy the inside.

"Location Location Location"

Park Place is in the best location possible! Walking distance to shopping and dining. On the shuttle route. A 2 minute drive to skiing and parking at Beaver run. Condo (Park Place C-104) was clean and everything in working order, except for the steam bath in master bath. I will absolutely ask for this unit again.

Great location, very walkable to lift, downtown, and our favorite rental shop. Comfortable and well maintained. There was an odd dripping/knocking noise in the night...

"Easy, good location."

There was not enough hot water for two showers which made it very difficult with a family of 5. Also, the tvs were awful. They were very obsolete and the one in the master didn't even work. The appliances in the kitchen were ok, at best!! We would not rent this property again.

"Ski Trip"

The place was beautiful, the right size, had everything we needed, except for comfortable beds. The master bedroom bed was okay... the others were unsleepable... went to Walmart and got blow up mattress and my son slept on the couch which was better than the bunk beds or double bed in the second room. Other than that it was a great trip!!!

"Fun Thanksgiving trip with the family"

We stayed at the Park Place C4 units on Four O'clock run. It was a great trip. Probably the best thing about the trip was being able to ski home within a block of the condo at the end of the day. The unit was good size for our family of five. The fireplace was nice to warm up with at the end of the day. The condo was clean and in good shape. We would stay there again.

"Fun in the Mountain Sun"

We very much enjoyed our stay at Park Place. Loved the hot tub just outside, and how close we were to Main street. It was easy to get around. Park Place C4 was very clean and we had everything we needed. The sliding glass door was a little difficult to open and close, but all else was great.

"Another EPIC Stay in Summit County"

Peak Property has been our "Go To Agency" for the last three years when it comes to staying in the Winter Playground of Summit County! We love all that Breck offers. The Park Place Unit was literally less than 100 feet to the shuttle and we were on lifts in 10 minutes or less. We could ski 4 o'clock run right back to the condo. Even our 7 year old could carry his skis this trip! Mike has been amazing at working with our family so that we get more time on the slopes! We are already looking forward to next year's epic adventures! The condo had everything we needed! We'll be calling you in the fall for next year's stays!We also hope to make it up in the summer and try out the pool after a day of mountain biking. The boys loved the pool and the bunk beds!!! We as parents loved the gas grill, great kitchen, and the STEAM SHOWER! Our only regret was this was our first time in this unit!

"Great condos for groups"

The Park Place units are located ina great place. One block from MainStreet - two blocks to the main skiarea (peak 9) --- a block up the hillto the SnowFlake Lift and a ski-infrom across the road on Four O'ClockRun!! Condos are not luxury byany means, but they were just whatour youth group needed. Clean andmet all their needs. And, location -so they say - is everything!! Mike, the owner of Peak Properties is a neat guy and cares. That shows in the happinessof his guests!

"Great Snowboard trip"

Wonderful trip. Condo was warm and cozy andall 7 of us had plenty of room. Great accomodations. Weather co-operated and wegave our Grandchildren, as they put it, "Thebest Christmas present ever." Thanks forletting us stay in your wonderful condo and for all the help your staff gave us.
