"Great location!"

Great location! About a block away from the Main Street of breck! Super close, but far enough away to not be disturbed in busiest/loudest area. Coffee shops, ski/snowboard shop/rentals, restaurants, bars, shops all very close walking distance. Also, very walkable to the gondola, but I opted to drive because I don’t like carrying my stuff and walking in snow.Unit is perfect size for 1-2 ppl. Lots of storage space. Parking was never an issue, but I was there midweek. The only downside is the unit is on the 3rd floor and no elevator, so carrying all your equipment up the stairs in elevation def got my heart rate up, so if you’re physically challenged or elder, this might not be a great option

"A very nice place to stay in Breckenridge."

Very good for a ski trip because you can walk to the gondola then ski directly to the condo at the end of the day. The unit was stocked with anything you would need to cook too which was nice. Great communication from our hosts. We thought the bed though was very uncomfortable but if you aren’t a picky sleeper it might not be an issue.

Great Location. So easy to ski back down 4 o'clock to town and then you run right into the place. Rented skis at Christy's in his building as well so made it even easier to return. Easy walk to town / restaurants / bars / shopping etc.. Starbuck really close as well...

Clean studio in fantastic location. Having exterior renovations that were a bit loud understandably until dark on the Friday night. Quiet on the weekend which was great. The Murphy bed was hard and quite uncomfortable but the rest of the furnishings were lovely. A comfortable stay.

Be prepared for a big flight & a half of steps if you have ski equipment and no vehicle. Some early morning (4-5a) noise of snow plows and trucks. Overall really enjoyed this place.

This was the perfect stay for my friend and I. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, saving so much money on parking! The unit was so clean and all of the appliances / cookware looked brand new. I would recommend this unit to anyone traveling with a small party wanting to experience Breckenridge like a local! We will definitely be returning next year. Also, a huge thank you to the property manager Mike, he truly seems to care about his guests and properties. 10/10 experience.
