"Great Location with All That You Need For a Great Stay at Breck"

We had a group of three couples and this condo was perfect to meet our needs. The condo had three bedrooms with three baths all on different levels so each couple had some private space as well as shared living area with a fireplace and well equipped kitchen. We experienced a group of three moose walk by in front of the condo which was definitely a highlight for all of us! After a day on the slopes, the hot tub on the deck was also perfect. Our group highly recommends this condo if you are traveling to Breck or the surrounding area.

Quiet vacation location close to town, trails and appreciated the one bedroom and bathroom per floor (3 floors), nice hot tub, ample room in the home. Cosy living room and in the basement a rec room and nice to have 2 decks. I would probably stay there again to be certain. Single car garage. Unit nice and clean except for the washer machine which had not been cleaned and needed 2 Oxt-Tide washer machine cleaner cycles to get the terrible smells under control. The BBQ was absolutely filthy and covered in grease and caked on cooking remains. Had to light it up and use aluminum foil to get the stuff into white ash mode and able to use the BBQ. The kitchen stove is not what I would expect at the rental price level (fridge was good, dishwasher excellent). The basement bathroom water handle in the shower was not movable and stuck at a temperature which is really not at expectations that I would be forced to have a set temperature on my shower. Otherwise all in good order, and the location and the 1BR/1BA per floor is a real plus. Would only stay there again if I know for certain that I could control the shower water temperature. Also locking the thermostat at 68 and hear is not customer friendly. In our case we wanted it at 65 or so, but figured out how to turn the heat off and the temperature ranged between 58 and 68 whilst there which was great.

This place truly had all the comforts of home. The check-in process was seamless, and the property manager was incredibly knowledgeable about Breckenridge, which made everything so easy. We honestly felt like we were staying with family—it was that cozy. The location was ideal: tucked away from the fray but still close to downtown and the ski lifts. The lift shuttle pickup locations were also very convenient. We would absolutely stay here again.

This place was perfect for our group of 10! It was incredibly clean, exactly like the pictures, and fully stocked with everything we could have needed for this trip. It comfortably slept and housed all 10 adults. The kitchen had so many cooking utensils and had everything we could have needed to prepare our meals. This location was also great with easy access to the mountain using the resort shuttles. A plus, the hot tub was incredible and there were hot tub towels for every guest. All in all this was a great location and we would totally stay here again.

This is an incredible house in the perfect location for our family of five. We’ve been coming to Breck every summer for 5 years and this is our 2nd time at the property—it’s by far our favorite place to stay! The kitchen is well stocked, there are puzzles and toys for the kids, the layout with bedrooms on three levels is convenient, we love the quiet neighborhood, and the proximity to the train park, troll hike and creek, and Main Street make this the total package. We hope to be back!

We had a great time at Mtn. Village #92! The house was clean, well taken care of and a short walk to town. Our kids loved all the games, puzzles and books that were at the house. Also the property management always picked up the phone and answered any questions I had.

Michael’s place was as described and very convenient to downtown and to the slopes. At check in, we were told which bus to take and where to catch it taking into consideration our skiing abilities. The house was large enough for all 8 of us to enjoy and we spent many nights in the hot tub. We had a mixed group of skiers and non-skiers and all were able to easily access what they wanted to do. Thanks for a great stay!
