This condo has an open layout great for dining and entertaining. The workable, full kitchen has a breakfast bar with seating for five and a large dining table for six. Relax in the spacious living room and enjoy the LCD TV or cozy up next to the gas fireplace. You have access to the building's gym facilities and large outdoor hot tub!. "A let down after waiting a year to travel to breck again. "

The trip was absolutely tarnished by our arrival and first night at the hotel. We arrived on a Saturday and at first was very pleased with the setup of the place. That is until my wife turned on the garbage disposal. Rotten food sprayed out into her face and on her purse. I called and left a message sun morning no response on Monday and Tuesday I had to call again at check out and told the situation again. The beds were hard as a rock, the bedrooms have no vents for air to get there. We didn’t run the heat but were still too hot at night to sleep comfortably. We opened our window only to be hit with pot smell so strong we thought we may get second hand high. My family made the best but no communication back at the end and only an apology about the disposal from the receptionist. I would absolutely not use peak properties or stay at the corral again.

The location of the Corral in Breckenridge was terrific, an easy walk into town. The condo had a nice washer/dryer and hot tub.

"Overall a great place"

Overall a great place to stay in at Breckenridge! Michael was helpful in figuring out the fridge and freezer scenario where they weren’t working at first! Only other issue is for a 6 person BNB the hottub can really only handle 3 people at a time MAX.

Thanks for being understanding about the refrigerator. This is definitely NOT a 6-person hot tub especially since it has a 4-person maximum occupancy. There are on-site hot tubs which are larger and will soon be available post COVID.

My friends and I had a great time throughout our stay. The location was perfect, but a few things threw us off.<br/>1. When we came to the condo, there was NO instructions left for us about where the trash should be taken out or any instructions in general.<br/>2. Everything about the condo was very dated. The mattresses were old and "crunchy." The pillows were very hard and uncomfortable as well. It was freezing when we arrived at the condo. We turned the thermostat up, and it took an entire day to heat up. Then it was extremely hot in the condo for the rest of our stay, which was another 3 days. <br/>3. Half of the cabinets in the condo were locked.....we did not have any cabinet or drawer space to store anything in either bathrooms. Very inconvenient <br/>4. The dryer was not working. We were also left without any laundry detergent or dryer sheets<br/>5. There were NO instructions about checkout. We did not know if we needed to strip the beds, wash the dishes, wash towels, etc. All I knew was that I had to return the I would be very upset if I get fined for not doing something before we left.

This is a really clean, spacious condo for a family of 4, that is situated perfectly for a quick walk to the Quicksilver lift or Main Street. Communication with the management company was great, as well.

"We really enjoyed our stay."

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location to town but it backs to Sinclair which was noisy with the windows open. The unit is very clean and well appointed with everything we needed. It is a bit smaller than we thought but still very comfortable. Michael was absolutely excellent and was very responsive to one issue we had. One thing to note is that the assigned parking space for the unit is not right in front of the unit but there is a luggage dolly available for use. Thanks for the hospitality!

Great location! Close to slopes and downtown. The private hot tub is a serious bonus, especially now that most shared hot tubs are shut down.

Good value, great location. 10 minute walk to Quicksilver Lift. However the condo size/layout was not quite big enough for our group of six.

Overall great location and very conveniently located to the town and the slopes. Actual unit might need to be updated to include some ceiling fans. Fridge needs to be replaced and had to be serviced while we were there as it would keep things cool or frozen on the freezer side. Gas grill outside needs to have the igniter replaced as it wouldn’t ignite either.
