Having rented this unit before we knew what to expect. This is a functional, well located and nice low end unit for a guys ski trip. Everything worked, the beds and furniture were functional and comfortable. These units are older but so well located i.e. directly across from the Gold Route bus pickup that the location is perfect. Walk 100 yards, get on the bus at 8:10 and you are on the lift by 8:30. The Hot Tubs are right downstairs so also very convenient and we used them several times. The kitchen is functional and we appreciated the ample wall post hooks for ski jackets and the cubbies in the foyer for gloves, goggles and other gear. The ski locker on the ground floor was nice although a dead bolt would benefit for security. I did notice deadbolts on the other adjacent lockers. Overall, I would recommend this unit to anyone seeking a reasonable unit that is quite adequate for a ski trip where you need a well located, functional unit for up to 4 skiers. Additional people are possible in this unit but it would be crowded. There were three of us and it was perfect.

This property is perfect for a weekend getaway. The location is fantastic to get on/off the mountain and close to down town to make things easy. We enjoyed our stay here and would book again.

As a family of 4, we felt very comfortable in this unit. It is conveniently located to the shuttle, it was quiet and clean. A few simple improvements are needed, but overall we were very happy here throughout our stay. We did cook every day and all appliances worked without any issues. As another user posted, the humidifiers are a welcome addition. One note is that the laundry machines are in the adjacent building.

This is a fine place to stay in this great ski town. Close to the lifts with convenient shuttle service to the mountains and the town. Our unit was comfortable and clean and tidy. And Peaak Property Management was very accommodating and responsive.

It's the first time I stayed right in Breckenridge. Great location! Shuttle bus was great for the 1-stop, 5 minute trip to the base at Peak 7. Bus stop is diagonally across the street, visible from the living room. Check-in at the office on Highway 9 was easy. There were many expensive places to consider... This one was comfortable and good value.

Very spacious condo for the price, the two bedrooms and two baths made for a very comfortable weekend. You can walk to the lifts (about 10 minutes) or take the free shuttle bus that stops in front.

Very convenient. Bus stop just outside the door and you can walk as well. Breck is such a small village and this is right in the middle.

The bus ride to Peak 8 takes no more than 5 minutes, or you can walk to the lift in under 10. It's 4/10 of a mile away. Absolutely incredible value.
