Great location, shuttle stop literally at the foot of the driveway. Clean space! A little outdated but none of that matters when you’re in the mountains: bed + fireplace + dining table for cards and games = all you need for this type of getaway! Would stay again!

Booked this Air BnB for a ski trip with a couple buddies. Perfect spot near Breckenridge resort with an easy, free shuttle to drop you off near the gondola. Michael was a great host and made the check in process seamless. I would highly recommend to stay here!

The condominium was perfect for our family of four with three beds and a pull-out sleeping couch. There was extra room for all of our luggage and gear. Although some reviews complain of the furniture, we found everything to be comfortable, practical and in good condition. We didn't need Bertoia furniture pieces in the high mountains! We were able to connect our Fire Stick to the TV and WiFi was reliable and strong. Most importantly was the value we received at the height of the holiday season. Customer service was outstanding with Michael shipping us an item we left behind at no cost. Painless, seamless, and headache free, the check in and check out process was simply visiting a drop box. Not complicated at all. Location was near the center of town with plenty of parking spaces. Bus service was nearby just a stone's throw away. Very pleased indeed.<br/>

We had a enjoyable time at the unit. We felt comfortable in the accommodations. If Id suggest one thing would be a small snow shovel (plastic as seen at City market) to assist in clearing snow from deck and front walk way.

My stay at Mark IX in Breckenridge was very enjoyable. The units were located on the edge of town for privacy but close to everything downtown as well. There was a shuttle stop at the drive entrance to the building. The wildflowers were blooming on the property and were beautiful to see daily. The checkin process was without a hitch. The gentleman, Mike, was very helpful. This unit had a south facing deck to get some sun daily. The temps were in the 70's during the day and very pleasant. The kitchen was well appointed and very clean. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. I plan to stay here again. The only drawback, for me, were the number of steps to the unit - 28 - I counted them each time I had to go up and down!

I stayed in a 2 bd, 1 ba condo for 5 days in Breckenridge. It was wonderful. It was quiet and clean and had all the amenities a person could want. While being away from the bustle of town, it was still only a 15 minute walk to downtown. However, there is also a free shuttle stop right in front of the complex for those who don't want to walk.

Everything was fine. The unit is not fancy, but we could walk to town when the weather was good (there is also a free shuttle). Skiing was fun. The unit was clean and I especially like the real wood fireplace.

"Clean and Well-located"

The unit was easy to find and very close to Breckenridge; the drive time to restaurants and shopping was only five minutes. The unit was clean and in good condition. We were on the third floor and there was no elevator.
