This is the second time we’ve stayed in this cabin. The location is great, you are a short walk to the base of Peak 9 for skiing and a walkable distance from Main Street. The house provides more than the expected amenities, the kitchen is well stocked with kitchen supplies needed to make meals.

Good spot for short walk to Quicksilver chair to avoid having to find a park in town. The condo itself was good not great but overall we had a great time in Breckenridge. The condo could use some updates and make sure you are ready to go up and down stairs multiple times at that elevation. We would stay here again mainly for the convenience of being close to town and the lifts.

Overall, my stay was as expected from the price point. I can’t say anything surprised me in anyway. It’s a rental that looks and feels like it’s been a rental. Plenty of space, great location, 3 bed, 3.5 baths plus a pull out sofa.... Can’t beat it when you go skiing with friends. Definitely could use some very minor upgrades like tossing the tube type tvs in the spare rooms and vcrs.... All in all, a great spot that I would stay at again.

Had a hiccup in the very beginning and Mike was so quick to solve the problem and very helpful. Cozy place, the kitchen is the most stocked kitchen that we have ever stayed at. I love that it comes with a parking spot and the condo is so close to the main street area we walked everywhere (in the winter!). Thank you for everything Mike! I would stay here again!

The location was in a good location. We could walk to town and to a close hike. Our family loved the pool and hot tub area. The townhouse was very outdated. The carpet was stained pretty bad. One of the bathroom rugs appeared to be dirty. It looked like it had blood on it upon arrival. Since there is a $200 cleaning fee, this was very disappointing. Otherwise we were satisfied with our stay.
