Four of us were in Breckenridge for the wine festival. The location was perfect. Parking was easy. Management was easy to reach.

They knew the dishwasher wasn't working days before I arrived but didn't notify me. Come on... How hard is it to sed an email. Then I could have made a decision on if I wanted to keep the rental (which I probably still would have.) Also, they should have offered me some small compensation for the inconvenience, but they didn't.<br/><br/>Final note, you can't just let the door close to make it latch - you need to give it a shove. We came home the first day and the door wasn't locked because we didn't know.

My family of 7 had a blast here! We enjoyed cooking breakfast every morning before leaving the room to start our days! The kitchen was equipped with some seasonings and all the utensils I needed, including a blender. I only truly wish they could provide a high chair for the baby. The facilities were awesome and the exploring was right outside! Everything is nearby.

This property was perfect for us. So close to the Peak 9 lift, and walking distance to everything in town. Getting to everything is super convenient form the Village. The unit was clean and very comfortable. Also management communication was great. It is highly recommended to get a parking spot in the garage. The check in and check out process was very easy. The view of the slopes was also amazing. Sauce on the Maggie is less than a 30 second walk, and the food was so good. My favorite dish was the shrimp scampi. We will absolutely stay again.

This property was wonderful for our family trip. We had little ones learning to ski and grandparents looking forward to some relaxed skiing with the grandkids. This location was perfect for getting everyone to and from the Peak 9 slopes easily and has an amazing proximity to the Villages ski school (right out the window!). The accommodations were clean and cozy and accommodated our group of 6 very comfortably. We were able to make lunches and a few dinners easily within the space and were very close to some good dining locations to get out for a couple of meals. The only drawbacks if we had to name a few were the mattresses (were disappointingly uncomfortable / lumpy - especially after some long days of skiing), was a bit of a bummer for the kids that the pool was being renovated (but hopefully will be great for future guests), the closet doors promptly fell off the tracks when we went to use them, the one elevator for the building is sadly slow, there's only one parking space in the building, and having to drive across town to pick up/drop keys was inconvenient when we were skiing on our arrival/departure days. Overall, it was still a great location and great trip. On top of it all, the view of the slopes and mountains is amazing and set a majestic tone for the trip with some spectacular mountain sunrises and sunsets.

Beautifully appointed, well maintained, three bedroom condo. Located in the heart of Breckenridge within walking distance to anywhere downtown. Very easy check-in/check-out process, Peak Property Management was very responsive with questions. Will not hesitate to return to this condo or use Peak Property Management on our next trip!

"ski break"

Rental was clean and appeared to be well maintained. The views were Epic. My only complaint is the beds are Worn out, making sleep very uncomfortable. In the hallway bathroom, electrical outlets were not working at all so the girls had to blow dry their hair in the bedrooms. Im sure this was a a reset of a breaker or GFI. I stay in the villages often and would stay there again if they did something about the beds. The underground garage was broken and getting in and out was difficult. I had to exit my car see concierge and maintenance had to open the doors, they said it was broken.

The unit is great, very clean, and in an excellent location. There is plenty of room for 8 people and is situated at the base of a lift and within walking distance of Main Street. We had everything we needed. Would absolutely recommend for families of 6-8.

Our mouths dropped when we walked into the condo, it was perfectly decorated and CLEAN! The view was amazing and watching the little munchkins at ski school made our hearts melt! We plan on making this vacation a regular occurance. :)

I take my family to Breck every year around Christmas time. We always stay in a Ski In Ski Out and this Unit was excellent. Perfect view of Peak 8, 9, 10. Just steps away from the lift. Steps away from the rental ski shops and Main Street. The unit was clean and well equipped.
